Joachim Low to step down as Germany manager with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp linked | Football | Sport

“I’m responsible for a lot of things here, so I will not go and search for another challenge. I have enough challenges after waking up in the morning!”

Rumours began to circle again last week that Klopp could soon replace Low but the Liverpool boss spoke about having a “responsibility” to lead the Merseyside club.

He said: “The problem is that football is all about results and if these little things that are better than before do not lead to better results, then people do not want to hear about them.

“If we are winning 15 or 20 games in a row, people listen to me and say, ‘Oh my god, what kind of genius stuff is he saying’.
