Liverpool may have made Mohamed Salah transfer decision following fresh development | Football | Sport

“It’s a great thing to win, I’m just trying to win it again and again. Part of our job is to win trophies.”

But Liverpool’s apparent reluctance to start negotiations on a new deal for their prized forward may well indicate that they’re keeping their options open heading into the summer.

There have been persistent rumours linking Liverpool with a big-money move for a forward player like Jadon Sancho or Kylian Mbappe.

For that to happen though, Liverpool will almost certainly have to sell one of their star players in order to fund a move.

Salah still has two years left on his contract but in 2022 he would likely be available for far cheaper as he will be 30 years of age at that point.
