“Historically, The Masters champions have been [ranked] one, two or three in greens-in-regulation. We know he can certainly do that.
“It just comes down to believing in yourself and having a good week on the greens and a really good week on the greens putting.
“It’s not out of the realm of possibility, but he’s fighting against the record book.”
Strange was still on the PGA Tour when Westwood first broke through as a pro back in 1995 and has watched his career closely over the past few decades.
