A source close to the Palace described the “summit” as a moment for the family to look at the hundreds of condolence letters that have been sent in from all over the world. A Palace source said: “Harry and Charles walked and talked at Windsor after the funeral.

“My understanding is that Harry goes back today.

“They talked with Harry as a family.”

The Duke of Sussex was accompanied on his trip to the UK by his own US private security team.

It has been reported that Prince Harry flew to London using a private jet.

However, it is understood Harry and Meghan have been in regular contact with the Queen from the US with video calls.

So the Sussexes are likely to celebrate with the Queen that way and then baby Archie can be involved too.

The Daily Telegraph has reported that Prince Harry went into quarantine ahead of the funeral at Frogmore cottage.

The UK lockdown restrictions specify that arrivals from the US must quarantine for 10 days upon landing in Britain.

Prince Harry was allowed to attend the funeral of Prince Philip at St George’s Chapel in Windsor on Saturday.

This was in line with UK Government rules that make exceptions for such occasions.

It is thought that the Queen will be provided some “distraction” from a new corgi called Muick and a dorgi named Fergus.

Speaking to the Daily Mail Joe Little, the managing editor of Majesty Magazine, said: “The thinking was enough was enough, and that she was getting too old for new dogs and who would look after them when she was gone.

“But clearly that decision was reversed.

“It turned out getting the new dogs probably is very fortuitous.

“I think it’s useful to have these puppies in her life now as a way of a distraction.”
