The recommendations given are both long and short-term and can be as simple as checking in on a friend.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be following their own advice this month and will be taking part in a variety of these actions.
“Everyone has a role to play” the website says. “From work to family care, many of us are juggling a lot at the moment.
“Asking something as simple as ‘Are you OK?’ can go a long way.”
Meghan has a long history of supporting International Women’s Day. In 2018, the couple attended an event supporting girls and young women in STEM based job sectors.
